Swift Memorial Health Care Foundation awarded a grant in the amount of $9,000 to Andrea Grace Soter-Simonson Memorial Foundation. The ceremony was held July 10, 2014 at the Pacific Corinthian Yacht Club in Oxnard. Andy Soter graciously accepted the award. Swift Memorial Health Care Foundation granted the award to the Foundation for providing financial support not available from other sources to local families impacted by cancer, including purchasing medicine, helping with insurance co-pays, in-home support, and payment for dental problems caused by cancer drugs.
